Refund policy
At PACKS Club, we are committed to providing high-quality cannabis products and a consistent customer experience. Due to the nature of our products and compliance with state regulations, we have established the following refund and exchange policy:
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made at any PACKS Club location or through our website are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis products, accessories, or merchandise.
7-Day Vape Warranty
We stand behind the quality of the products we carry. In the event of a manufacturer defect on a vape cartridge or battery:
- Customers may exchange the defective vape within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The original receipt is required for all exchanges.
- The vape must be at least 50% full and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are only honored for the same item or a replacement approved by PACKS Club management.
Please note: This policy applies only to manufacturer defects. Issues caused by customer misuse, improper storage, or physical damage are not covered.
